OpenWorkspace is built by an independent, distributed team of senior designers, engineers, and system-level developers with experience spanning gaming, networking, media, and financial market infrastructure. Our backgrounds include building and evolving products and systems at organizations such as Blizzard Entertainment and RealNetworks, as well as within the CME Globex and Intercontinental Exchange ecosystems—environments where architecture, performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability matter.

That experience informs how we build OpenWorkspace today: from real user needs down through the architecture, with an emphasis on reducing friction and removing constraints inherited from decades of desktop evolution. We maintain a focused core team and collaborate with specialized contributors where their expertise can materially strengthen the product.
