Website storage

Cookies are small browser records that can be sent with website requests. Local storage remains in your browser until cleared or replaced; session storage normally ends when its tab session ends. The following records are used by the website itself.

Remembers your analytics and marketing choices. It remains until replaced by a new choice or cleared from your browser. A change to the preference format may require a new choice.

Remembers the previous page to support navigation transitions.

ows_acquisition_context

Session storage · Current tab session

When a visit contains campaign parameters, stores campaign tags, landing path, referring website, and a broad device category. This context can accompany a trial request and is stored independently of optional Google Analytics and Leadfeeder choices.

ow_internal

Local storage · No automatic expiry

Marks internal visits so they can be excluded from analytics and lead tracking. It is used for internal visitors rather than to identify ordinary website visitors.

Checkout and admin security

Requested payment and admin sign-in features use necessary security technologies. Stripe may set __stripe_mid (1 year) and __stripe_sid (30 minutes) to help assess fraud risk. Other records can depend on the payment method or Stripe features you use. See Stripe's cookie information.

Admin sign-in uses a jwt session cookie, normally valid for 24 hours and renewed while an eligible session continues. A copy in local storage supports sign-in and is cleared on logout. If an admin chooses to trust a device, the ows_admin_devicecookie can remain for up to 90 days, unless revoked or cleared. These admin records do not apply to ordinary visitors who do not sign in.

Measures page views, website usage, and conversion events. Its first-party cookies distinguish visitors and retain session state.

Performance measurement

Vercel Speed Insights measures page loading and interaction performance. Measurements include the page URL, browser, device and operating-system category, network speed, country, and web-vitals results. Vercel describes these measurements as anonymous and not associated with an individual visitor or IP address, and says they cannot reconstruct a browsing session across pages. Manage your choices

Google Analytics and Leadfeeder are not loaded on a page visit unless you have accepted their category. You can accept, reject, or change these optional choices using cookie preferences. Necessary security features, website storage, and performance measurement operate separately from those optional choices.

After changing your choices, reload the page so previously loaded tracking scripts are no longer active. Changing preferences does not automatically delete records already set by a provider. Your browser's privacy controls can clear cookies and stored site data; doing so can also clear sign-in information and your saved preferences.

Vendor lifetimes above describe published defaults, rather than a fixed duration for every browser. Browser restrictions, provider settings, return visits, and changes to a service can affect expiry. Browser-storage duration is separate from the retention of information already sent to a service, described in the privacy notice and provider policies.
