Your desktop
Your workspaces stay with you.
Saved workspace data, including the URLs and file references within a workspace, is stored locally on your computer. The desktop client does not send that workspace data to our servers or third parties.
If you choose to share workspace information with our technical team for troubleshooting, they can access what you share.

What happens to your information.
What you share
Your name, email address, contact preferences, and information you submit when you contact us, request support, or obtain a license.
Why we use it
To respond to you, provide support, activate your product, manage your subscription, and send service updates. We also process information for security and legal obligations.
Payments and account records
Stripe handles your payment details. We keep the contact, payment-provider identifiers, and subscription records needed to provide and support your license.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed for the purposes described in our privacy notice, or longer where required or permitted by law, including tax and accounting requirements.
Our servers are in the United States. Information may also be processed in other countries as described in our privacy notice.

Website visits can generate technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, and usage data. Some technologies help the site work; optional analytics and marketing tracking need your consent.
