Access and licensing questions
Can I use Free for work or inside an organization?
Yes. Free is available for personal and commercial use, including within organizations of any size.
What happens when a trial or paid term ends?
OpenWorkspace transitions to Free. Your collection and settings remain, and you can continue to browse, search, and restore saved workspaces. Pro is required to create or update workspaces and use voice control.
How many computers does one Pro license cover?
One Pro license is assigned to one named person and supports one activated computer. Volume orders count licenses, with one computer for each license.
What if I replace or can no longer access a computer?
You can deactivate or replace an existing activation. If the old computer is inaccessible, contact support for account recovery.
How do renewal and cancellation work?
Pro is available for $29.99/month or $179.99/year. Monthly and Annual include the same Pro access. Monthly has no annual commitment; annual volume discounts do not apply to Monthly. Your license-delivery email provides a personal billing portal for invoices, payment methods, and subscription management.
